Q2 2021 report

Here’s the latest report on our progress, the KPIs and general updates.

We have developed our 1st version of our SaaS based corporate secretary software. We have recruited our CTO Lawrence. Our corporate clientele has increase by about 10% (annually rate). We will be expanding into academic business in Q3 2022 with potential revenue of 200k. We plan to an app in edutech with AI for Data Scientist for the beginning and more professional in future.

We are looking at a partnership with Malaysia Audit firm to develop Malaysia SaaS version. We are optimistic that our software will be available in Malaysia market in 1 year time. We will be setting up our KL, Malaysia office and we are also looking into automation of Tax Report.

Please note that the runway is not reported as the company is profitable, therefore the runway extends with time.

Additionally, we currently do not gather web visit data as this is not a relevant KPI for the business.
